So yeah I’m in dire need of new lingerie.

Like this is starting to become a serious issue.

The thing with me lately is that after I’d been exposed to the beautiful world of thrifting, my attention & money had shifted more into just regular clothes as opposed to the garments underneath. And I’m starting to realize that that is not okay.

If you really think about it, lingerie can be just as important as regular clothing. I don’t think there is a single girl in the world who doesn’t appreciate a nice bra & pair of panties. And honestly, who doesn’t feel fantastic and mysterious and seductive when they’ve got on nice lingerie underneath all their clothes? It’s definitely more of an inner thing… however, that alone can make all the difference.

So with that said I’m going to plan myself a giant lingerie shopping day, an idea that I’m definitely getting pretty excited about right now. I want lace and sparkles and straps and bows and thigh highs and garters and stockings and lace and more lace and even more lace and ya just cute shit like dat, u kno. Aaaand also I’m pretty sure Rocky Horror is happening again next month so this could come in convenient for that as well lolol.

See, this is one of the many reasons why I love being a girl. It’s just nice to be able to have these kinds of options and care about the fine details. Lingerie is fun and cute and sexy and great, and I honestly believe that choosing to wear it should be more for yourself as opposed to for somebody else. Although the latter is definitely pretty nice as well. I take no shame in caring intently about something that a lot of people probably perceive as just another element of their daily routine. Fashion is meant to make you feel something, and I believe that this extends far beyond just regular clothing.

This has been a lengthy post about me discussing underwear. This should come as no surprise for people who have following my blog for a while. ♥
